Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms apply to everything 24HourSites does for you: websites, landing pages, apps, automations, Google Maps work and care plans, and to your use of this website. Please read them before you order. By sending us a project request, accepting a proposal, paying an invoice or asking us to start work, you agree to these terms, whether or not you also sign a separate agreement.

1. Who we are

24HourSites (“we”, “us”) is operated by Mohammed Thanedar, Surat, Gujarat, India. “You” means the business or person who orders or uses our services. You can reach us at the details on our contact page.

If you also sign a services agreement or statement of work with us, that document applies first where it says something different. Everything it doesn't cover is governed by these terms.

2. How a project starts

  • Sending our order form, an email or a message is a request, not a contract.
  • We reply with a proposal or quote describing the work, the price and the timeline. Only what is written in the proposal, the statement of work or an approved change request is included. Anything said in a call, message or meeting that isn't written into one of those documents is not part of the agreement.
  • The project starts when you accept the proposal (by signing, by replying “accepted”, or by paying) and we receive the advance.
  • You confirm you have authority to bind the business you order for.

3. Scope, revisions and changes

The scope is the list of deliverables in your proposal or statement of work. We build exactly that scope.

A revision is a correction or refinement of work we delivered, inside the agreed scope and the approach you approved. For example:

  • editing text, prices, phone numbers or opening hours
  • swapping an image or a logo file
  • adjusting colours, fonts, spacing or the order of sections
  • fixing anything that doesn't match the agreed scope

A change of scope is anything that adds to, removes, replaces or re-does what was agreed or already delivered. It is not a revision, even if it is small. For example:

  • replacing a booking form we built with a link to a Google Form, a different booking tool or a WhatsApp button
  • adding a page, section, feature, language, integration or automation
  • switching to a different platform, tool, provider or payment method than agreed
  • redesigning a design or layout you already approved
  • rewriting content after it was approved, or sending new content after the content deadline
  • anything requested after final approval or after launch

Your plan includes a set number of revision rounds (normally 1 for a landing page and 2 for a website). A round is one consolidated list of feedback, sent within 7 days of the preview. Rounds that aren't used don't carry over. Extra rounds are charged at our hourly rate.

Every change of scope needs a written change request with its own price and timeline, approved by you before we start. If we agree to make a small change without a change request, that is a goodwill gesture and doesn't change the scope. Extra work is charged at ₹1,000 an hour in India, or $25 an hour elsewhere unless we quote a fixed price.

4. What you're responsible for

  • Sending content, information, access and decisions on time, through one person who can approve.
  • Owning or having permission for everything you give us: logos, photos, videos, text, reviews, data and trademarks. You also confirm it is accurate and lawful.
  • The legality of your business, offers, prices, claims and content, including any rules for your industry (for example medical, legal, financial or food rules), and your site's privacy notice, cookie consent and marketing permissions.
  • Keeping your own accounts (domain, hosting, email, Google, payment, booking and social accounts) secure, paid and in good standing, and keeping your own copies of your data and content.
  • Checking the preview and the live site, and telling us in writing about anything that's wrong.
  • Anything you, your staff or anyone other than us changes on the site, its code, hosting or accounts.

5. Timelines and the 24-hour preview

Our first preview is delivered within 24 hours of receiving both the advance and the content we need. Every other date in a proposal is a target that depends on you replying on time.

  • Delays caused by you, or by third parties you are responsible for, move the timeline but not the price.
  • If we don't hear from you for 10 working days, the project is paused and goes back into our schedule at the next available slot.
  • If we don't hear from you for 60 days, the project is closed. The advance is kept for the work already done, and you can restart later at our prices at that time.

6. Prices and payment

  • Small one-off items up to ₹5,000 or $150 are paid 100% upfront.
  • Other projects are paid 50% to start and 50% when you approve the final version, before launch.
  • Projects from ₹1,00,000 or $1,500 are paid 40% to start, 30% at the first full preview and 30% before launch.
  • Payments are made through secure links from our payment provider, Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or bank details.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where they apply.
  • Third-party costs are yours: domain registration and domain renewals, hosting after any included period, paid plugins, stock licences, email or SMS credits, and ad spend. They're paid by you directly or re-billed at cost with your approval.
  • A quoted price is fixed once you accept it. Prices on this website can change for new orders.
  • If a payment is 14 days late, work pauses. After written notice, we may suspend services we host or manage for you until it's paid. Launch, handover and transfer of ownership only happen once everything is paid.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute for work we delivered or started is a breach of these terms. We may suspend services and recover the amount and our costs.

7. Approval and acceptance

Approvals and instructions you send by email or WhatsApp count as written approval, and we rely on them.

The final version is accepted when the first of these happens:

  • you approve it
  • 5 working days pass after we deliver it without a written list of things that don't match the scope
  • you ask us to launch it, or you start using it for your business

After acceptance, further changes are a change of scope or care-plan work. Defects are still covered by the warranty below.

8. Who owns what

  • Your materials stay yours. You let us use them only to do the work and, as explained below, to show the work in our portfolio.
  • The custom work becomes yours once you've paid in full. This covers the design, text and code we created specifically for you. Until then we own it, and you may only use previews to review them.
  • Our tools stay ours. Templates, components, code libraries, scripts, automation templates, methods and anything we made before or outside your project remain ours. Where they're part of your site, you get a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use and modify them for your project, but not to resell them.
  • Our products are licensed, not sold. Copies of FaceDrop, Step Up Learning, Invitation Studio or any other 24HourSites product are licensed to you for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute them.
  • Third-party items (fonts, images, plugins, open-source code, cloud and AI services) belong to their owners and come with their own licences.
  • Portfolio. We may show the finished work, your business name and logo in our portfolio, proposals and social media, and keep a small “Made by 24HourSites” credit in your footer, unless you opt out in writing. We'll then remove them within 14 days. We publish testimonials only with your written approval of the exact words.

9. Domains, hosting and accounts

  • Domains and accounts are registered in your name wherever possible. Where a plan includes us registering a domain or hosting for a period, we do it on your behalf and transfer it to you on request once all payments are settled.
  • Renewal fees for domains, hosting and other subscriptions are your responsibility. We may remind you, but a reminder is a courtesy, not an obligation. We aren't responsible if a domain, subscription or account lapses.
  • We never use your domain or site as leverage, except that work and services we provide may pause while payments are overdue.
  • Access you give us is used only for your project, protected with two-factor authentication and a password manager, and removed at handover or when you ask.

10. Care plans and support

  • Care plans are paid in advance for each month or year and never renew automatically. We remind you before the period ends, and you decide.
  • A care plan covers what its description lists. New features and redesigns are quoted separately.
  • Cancellation and refunds for care plans are explained in the refund policy.

11. Warranty

For 30 days after launch we fix, free of charge, any defect where the work doesn't do what the scope describes, as long as you report it in writing within that period.

The warranty doesn't cover:

  • changes made by you or anyone other than us
  • third-party services, plugins, browsers or devices released after launch
  • hosting or accounts we don't manage
  • content you supplied
  • misuse

This warranty replaces all other warranties, as far as the law allows.

12. What we don't guarantee

We build carefully for speed, search and conversions, but results depend on many things we don't control. We do not guarantee:

  • search rankings, Google Maps positions, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment
  • approval by Google, Meta, app stores, payment providers or other platforms
  • delivery of emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages
  • the accuracy of AI-generated output
  • uninterrupted availability of hosting or third-party services
  • the outcome of any marketing, advertising or automation

Examples, estimates and case studies show what is possible, not a promise.

13. Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost business, profits, revenue, sales, customers, opportunities, bookings, data, goodwill or reputation, or for downtime, even if we were told it might happen.
  • Our total liability for everything relating to a project or service is limited to the fees you paid us for that project or service in the 12 months before the claim.
  • We aren't responsible for problems caused by your content or instructions, your accounts and passwords, your own changes, your legal compliance, third-party services, hosting we don't manage, viruses or attacks on systems we don't control, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • Before taking any other step, you must notify us of a problem in writing and give us a reasonable chance (at least 10 working days) to fix it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.

14. Your indemnity

You will compensate us, and defend us, against claims, fines, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that arise from:

  • the content, data or materials you give us
  • your instructions
  • your business, products, prices or claims
  • your breach of these terms or of any law
  • anyone's use of the site or tools after handover

15. Pausing and ending a project

  • You may cancel a project in writing at any time. You then pay for work done up to that point. Refunds follow the refund policy.
  • We may pause or end a project if a payment is overdue, if you don't cooperate, if you are abusive towards our team, or if continuing would break the law or harm our reputation. If we end it without any such reason, we refund what you paid for work not yet done.
  • On ending, we hand over work you have paid for and remove our access to your accounts.

16. Confidentiality and your data

We keep your business information confidential. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy. Where we handle your customers' personal data, we act on your instructions under a data processing addendum, and you remain responsible for having permission to collect it.

17. Using this website

  • The demo sites, businesses, people, reviews and prices on our demos are fictional samples made to show what we can build. They aren't real businesses or customer reviews.
  • The design, code, text, videos and graphics of this website and our demos belong to 24HourSites. Don't copy, scrape or reuse them without our written permission.
  • Prices in rupees, pounds and euros are set per currency. Any other conversion is approximate until you receive an invoice.
  • Links to other websites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
  • Don't misuse the site: no spam, attacks, scraping or attempts to get around our security.

18. Communication and records

“In writing” includes email and WhatsApp. Our project records, emails, messages, previews, version history and invoices are a record of what was agreed, delivered and approved. If you think something is wrong, tell us in writing straight away; problems raised long after delivery are harder to fix fairly.

19. General

  • Whole agreement. These terms, together with your proposal, statement of work, any signed agreement and approved change requests, are the whole agreement. You confirm you haven't relied on anything not written in them.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies, and the part is read as closely as possible to its intent.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't waived it.
  • We may use trusted subcontractors and tools (including AI-assisted tools) and remain responsible for our work. We are an independent contractor.
  • Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
  • Sections about payment, ownership, liability, indemnity and disputes continue after a project ends.
  • We may update these terms. Changes apply to new orders. Each project keeps the version in force when it was accepted.

20. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's a disagreement, we'll first try to settle it by talking in good faith for 30 days, then by mediation (online if you're outside India). If that fails, it will be settled by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Surat, in English. The courts of Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you buy from us as a consumer, rather than for a business, nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law.
